Level 1 Course
Awareness of Workplace Mental Health
This RQF level 1 course is designed to create an improved awareness of workplace mental health. This course is an excellent way for your organisation to raise awareness and encourage discussion of mental health, by demonstrating a positive culture towards workplace wellbeing.
Level 2 Course
First Aid for Mental Health Course
This RQF level 2 course is designed to create an understanding of the main mental health conditions that can impact individuals in the workplace. This course is an excellent way for your organisation to improve understanding of the main signs and symptoms of common mental health conditions to give individuals the confidence to discuss workplace mental health with colleagues and reduce the stigma associated with mental health.
Level 3 Course
Mental Health First Aider Course
This RQF level 3 course qualifies delegates to become a Mental Health First Aider at their place of work. The course is designed to create an understanding of a range of mental health conditions that can impact individuals in the workplace, as well as understanding how to create a positive mental health environment at work.
HR Professionals
Mental Health at Work for HR Professionals
This course is specifically aimed at HR Managers who are looking to upskill their understanding of mental health in the workplace with real life examples of handling mental health related issues. The course will be run remotely with up to three tutors: a mental health trainer, a clinical psychologist and a business professional.
All of our courses are delivered virtually via Zoom with a real trainer or in a physical environment.
LEVEL 1 COURSE
Awareness of Workplace Mental Health
This half-day in-person or two-hour virtual RQF level 1 course is designed to create an improved awareness of workplace mental health. It provides an excellent way to raise awareness and discussion of mental health across your whole organisation and helps demonstrate a positive culture towards managing wellbeing.
WHO IS IT FOR?
It is suitable for everyone in the organisation as it gives learners the skills and knowledge to recognise signs of a mental health condition, how to start conversations and how to signpost to an appropriate medical professional.
We usually provide these courses to groups of 4-16 individuals, either on site or remotely via Zoom. We can work with you to find a suitable venue near to your premises if space is at a premium.

The course can be delivered in person in a four hour workshop. Alternatively, the course can be delivered virtually, via Zoom, in 1 x 2 hour tutor-led session on-line and 2 hours of guided independent learning.

Mental Health First Aider Course
This two-day in-person or six-hour virtual RQF level 3 course qualifies delegates to become a Mental Health First Aider at their place of work. The course is designed to create an understanding of the main mental health conditions that can impact individuals in the workplace, as well as introducing some less common but more challenging conditions.
Training individuals to become Mental Health First Aiders is an excellent way for your organisation to demonstrate its commitment to improving awareness and understanding of workplace mental health and develop a strategy to reduce the stigma associated with mental health, by supporting individuals to be able to continue to do their best work.
WHO IS IT FOR?
This course is for individuals who wish to take on the role of Mental Health First Aider or Wellbeing Champion within their organisation. It is also useful for team leaders and supervisors who wish to develop a greater understanding of how to provide support for workplace mental health issues to members of their team and to help them to understand the role of the Mental Health First Aider in their team.
We run this course virtually via Zoom, in person at local venues or we can provide a course specifically for your organisation for between 4 and 16 individuals.

The course is delivered as a combination of online tutorials, one-to-one coaching and independent study.
WHO IS IT FOR?
This course is suitable for HR Business Partners, HR Professionals and senior managers with responsibility for personnel.

This course costs £650+VAT, which includes all tutorials, one-to-one coaching sessions and accompanying resources.
HOW LONG DOES THE COUSE LAST?
The course is about 7 hours long; made up of 3 x 1-hour guided learning sessions that count towards your CPD profile and 4 hours supported self-learning. The course does not need to be completed in one continuous day and your course lead can discuss a completion plan with you to suit your working requirements.
The course is delivered in a virtual classroom environment with other learners and in one to one sessions.
