£70.00 + VAT

To complete this module, you must first complete the Level 1 course (Awareness or Workplace Mental Health) and the Level 2 course (First Aid for Mental Health).

This 2-hour RQF level 3 course is designed to create an understanding of the main mental health conditions that can impact individuals in the workplace. It follows on from the level 1 Awareness of Workplace Mental Health and level 2 First Aid for Mental Health courses, completing the qualification of Mental Health First Aider.

This course is an excellent way for you and your organisation to improve understanding of the main signs and symptoms of these common mental health conditions, to give individuals the confidence to discuss workplace mental health with colleagues and reduce the stigma associated with mental health. It also provides an opportunity to start creating a workplace action plan to build a positive and proactive workplace mental health strategy for your organisation.
