Aimed at Line Managers and those responsible for direct reports, this course explains what menopause is and how it can impact those experiencing it.

Learners will understand the experiences of individuals going through the menopause, to help them develop a better appreciation of the challenges that can be faced and consider ways that they can be supported. Learners will be encouraged to consider strategies that they can introduce within their own workplace to support those going through the menopause so that they can continue to contribute positively and effectively.

Learners will explore steps that can be taken to make interactions and environments more accommodating for those going through the menopause so that work is a positive and rewarding aspect of their lives.
