Supporting Neurodiversity in the Workplace (Online)

£149.00 + VAT

This course helps everyone attending to understand a range of neurodiverse conditions including dyslexia, dyspraxia, dyscalculia, ADHD and autism and how they can impact individuals in working environments.

By understanding more about each condition and learning about the experiences of someone with them, learners will develop a better appreciation of the challenges that can be faced by neurodivergent individuals in the workplace.

The benefits of a neurodiverse workforce will be explored to help everyone recognise and appreciate the positive impact that diversity has on productivity, creativity and achievement of workplace targets.

Tools and interventions that can be used to support neurodiverse colleagues will be explored, alongside strategies to make sure that recruitment processes are fully inclusive for neurodivergent individuals.

Learners will also explore steps that can be taken to make interactions and environments more accommodating for those with neurodiverse conditions so that their experiences at work are more positive and rewarding and their skills are appreciated and recognised.
