Learners will gain the knowledge to identify when a person may have a condition and know where they can go to get help.

The course provides a first step in raising awareness of the importance of good mental health for everyone in the workplace and aims to start removing the stigma so often associated with poor mental health. It also considers what everyone within the workplace can do to create a positive mental health environment for everyone.
